i got a ZC block with a 96 v-tec head and i try to go but it wont accelerate right and i checked the ECU for errors and it doesnt have any and it feels like its holding back, what can i do to make it run correctly?

Is the ECU for the VTEC engine?

yeah its a pr3 chipped (no red line) ECU

You mentioned holding back, does iot response well during low rpm, ie initial acceleration?

Have you checked the valve timing, timing belt installation.
What about the fuel pressure, compression, exhaust and air intake system?
