In my 1989 gmc S15 2.5 l.engine there is no power to my fuel pump. I had changed the fuel relay earlier, had a spark, then a fuse went, replaced.fuel pump won't run at all fuses are good except the three amp fuse [crank] has no power both sides of fuse in fuse box.

If I understood the question correctly, there is a short in the fuel pump power supply circuit. Find and fix the short, then replace the fuse, and probably the relay.
