1989 Gmc C1500 Throttle Body Recently Started Idling Down Will Idle Real High

I have throttle body. It has recently started idling up and down. Then it will idle real high like choke is sticking, but i thought throttle body didn't have a choke . It sometimes dies when put in gear and boggs down. Any suggestions?

Clean throttle body and IAC with throttle body cleaner and scan for any unresolved fault codes start here.

Already did that and replaced sensors,fuel filter,plugs and wires. Even took it to shop and they couldn't fix it . I'm stumped.

may be electrical, but i would base my checkes around the IAC have you tried a know good one as a test?
