how do you replace a window of a 89 ford f250 driver side door?

have to first remove door trim panel to access window regulator/motor assembly. Remove motor (if equipped) and regulator from the window and then the window will slide up and out of door. you will need to slide the pivot out of the rail that is attached to the bottom of the glass.
