I just changed the ignition module and had the truck started and when I got it, I was turning the cap. Now it wont start. It’s a 1989 f-150 with a 5.8L. What could be wrong with it now?

Inspect the cap and rotor-was the distributor loose when you're turning the cap if so you got it out of time-retime the ignition

Have a helper crank the engine over while you turn the distributor to make it catch and then time the ignition with a inductive timing lite
