1989 Ford F-150 Horn sound is very weak

The horn in this vehicle is so low toned few can hear it. I see high note and low note replacement horns advertised.Is there more than one horn in the 1989 Ford F-150 Lariat XLT?

Basically, you can get any horn for your vehicle. If you stop at a parts store, they will be able to provide one for you. Also keep in mind, some vehicles came with a duel note horn. Basically, you had a low and high pitch. Maybe the high pitch one on your truck has gone bad.
