1989 Ford Courier Petrol Accidently Put Into Fuel Tank On Diesal Ute Will

Petrol was accidently put into fuel tank on 1989 Diesal Ford ute... will dump fuel and know diesal filter needs to be replaced but is there anything else we should know? Has anyone done this and is there any advice they can give us before we start.

if gas gets into the injector pump, it may damage it. change the filter and blow out the lines back to the tank so not gas will come up to the pump.
