trans wont shift when cold

My 1989 bronco will not shift until it warms up. When it warms up, shifts perfect. And when its warm outside it dosent really have to warm up. What could this be? Oh yeah its automatic.

Check the transmission fluid level and condition-if okay bring it in and have it pressure tested to find out more-

The fluid looks great, and the level is perfect. Could it be the type of fluid?
