Oil Pan swap

Anybody know if a Fox-body Mustang oil pan will fit in the F-150/Bronco chassis? Both motors are set up with reverse-rotation accessories and side-mount oil dipsticks.

Hello,

Even though the gasket appears to have the same bolt pattern the oil pan itself is not identical and has different shape due to clearance purposes of the two different vehicles.

Have you tried to see if they line up?

If everything lines up and you do not have any issue with clearance, then it will work. But it is a good chance the shape of the pan will make a difference.
