1989 Eagle Summit Start Engine Cold Will Idle Push On Gas Pedal Stall Let

When I start my Eagle Summit with the engine cold, it will idle but if I push on the gas pedal it will stall. I have to let it idle for about 15 minutes then I will be able to drive the vehicle. What could be doing this? thanks.

What have you done so far? Do you have a digital multi meter? Is the check engine light on? Get back to me and we will go from there.
