No rear passenger side running lights break lights turn signal no nothing but there is no short I can find and I have replaced the lights

This involves a number of wires for the different circuits, so when all the circuits are dead, the best suspect is a torn or crushed wiring harness. Start by looking under the box near hot exhaust parts for wires hanging down. Another common cause is when someone used "Scotch-Lok" connectors to splice in a trailer harness. Those connectors don't seal out moisture, and the wires will corrode apart after a few years.
