At idle truck has 15 psi. at tbi , under load (driven) it drops down to 5psi and flattens off will not go. Fuel pump was changed 2 years ago. Normal driving is fine.

theres a fuel pressure regulator right on the side of the throttle body. take that off and check for garbage in the line. if none its probably bad. its supposed to maintain 14.5 psi all the time
