how can i fix it

I have an 89 recharged that won't start. it ran good one day but when I.parked it the next day it wouldn't start. the battery is new and so is the starter and I don't no what the problem could be any help?

start with fuel pressure check. spray some carb cleaner into the air filter to see if it starts for a sec
