1989 Dodge Aries Hello Front End Suspension Freely Traveling Down Push Down On

Hello

Front end suspension is not freely traveling up and down.
If I push down on either side it will go down but takes some time to go back up.

Not sure what to look for.

Symptom indicates the struts are due for replacement.
