I have a 1989 Chrysler TC with power seats. The driver side seat will not move back. The motor seems to work because the seat can move forward. Is there a way to manually move it back?

Suspect the switch. Since it moves one way, the motor and wire are okay. There are four contacts in each switch. If just one is burned the motor will not work in that direction. If you can figure out how to remove the terminals in the connector at the motor, you can switch them around and the motor will run the other way. You can also use jumper wires to connect the harness wires to the motor.
