Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you checked for trouble codes? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?

No vacuum leaks. Fuel Pressure at 11 psi. No codes since rebuild of throttle body

What codes were there prior to the repair? Also, these engines are know for intake leaks. Are you certain there is no problem there? Also, have you checked the EGR operation?
