one side of the radiator is super hot

When we run the truck and warm it up one side of the radiator is super hot and the engine gets hot, there is no coolant flowing through the upper hose?

replaced lower rad hose
changed thermostat

Its sounds like the thermostat is stuck, please check it and get back to me :-)
