We already took clip and line off but something is still holding cylinder on.

Here is a guide to help you remove the wheel cylinder and a diagram below. Sometimes the wheel cylinder can get stuck you need to tap it with a hammer to break the rust loose.
Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I need to know how to install the ring clip in the wheel cylinder is their a special tool? I am replacing them with brand new wheel cylinders. Just need to know how to install them they have a ring clip.

Here you go it shows the tool removing it. Says you can use two awls to remove it.

Okay, I got the response on installation so I use a 1 1/8 socket and extension but do I hammer it or what?

Yes, you drive it into place so you could use a hammer if needed.
