1989 Chevrolet Celebrity vibration

I have had this problem for at least one year. At 65 mph car starts to vibrate. Less than 65 mph no problem. Above 67 mph no problem. Good Michelin tires. Tires have been balanced and rotated, makes no difference. Front end aligned. Lower ball joints replaced. Front struts replaced. Tie rods good. Motor mounts all good. Drive axles are good and tight. Cradle is solid and bolts are tight.

If this has serpentine drive and automatic tensioner check that as it may be your problem otherwise it sounds as if a drivetrain problem like axles or wheel bearings. Drive car incircle on right and if you can feel vibration have lh wheel bearing checked. Then do the same lh that can give you an idea if bearing or not.
