Car has been switched to 134 3years ago lost gas fixed leak pulled vacuum put gas In compressed runs clutch is running does not cool what is wrong

have no idea without pressure numbers. Is it cool on any of the large pipe leading into the car? if it is then check a water shutoff if you have it or a actuator like a vacuum leak as that system is probably vacuum operated.
