I have replaced my fuel tank 5 times in 2 yrs. It keeps leaking from the middle. Has a few hair line cracks. What is causing this?

The crack is at the bottom in the middle of the tank. Same place in every tank. Even bought from 2 different places.

It is the spot welds inside the tank. They are off location. I've have replaced seven tanks.
