1989 Chevrolet Blazer There Loud Squealing Coming Front Lower Section Engine

There is a loud squealing coming from the front lower section of the engine, removed drive belt and checked all the pulleys sounded ok but when I put it back together it still squeals

Are you sure the belt is tight enough? Is the automatic tensioner working properly?
