Don't know what your talking about? You can ask free questions, here?? What's the problem? If your having a problem with tranny or 4wheel drive issue, I'm probably not the one to talk to?

I found a post on 13th. A moderator was talking to you. I hesitate to butt in?

How long since overall tune-up? Using a gage and checking fuel pressure is part of a tune-up. Some of the national brand autostores used to loan out a fuel pressure gage. If your TBI around 10 psi. It's a start.

A coolant temp sensor can cause temp related issues. Any applicable mil codes. You can check those codes yourself, you use a jumper wire between the A & B terminals at the datalink connector, turn key just till dash lites come, no further, the mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes.

Intermittent issues can be hard to track.

If idle issue, yes. Any electrical sensors, remove them, don't get wet. If the o2 sensor is showing lean, the computer will try to richen the mixture. If the system is intermittently trying to run overly rich or lean it will cause issues.

get some choke cleaner and spray around the base of the TBI unit. the have a tendency to blowthe gaskets and cause lean conditions. Also on this model check the vacuum hose going to the map sensor on the firewall. as they get soft and suck together. Also check the pcv hose as they get very soft.
