1989 Cadillac Seville Removed Steering Wheel Their Alot Peices Missing New

when i removed the steering wheel their was alot of peices missing. i know i need a new one but i need to flat and and move the car. the tires are off to the left slightly my guestion is how do i get the sterring wheel turn to the right with out the sterring wheel in the car? or is the the flat bed tow truck able to get it on with out the wheels perfectally straight?

a flat bed can get it on or you can get another steering wheel or a pair of vise grips will work, but may screw up the shaft.
