can you change the brake system to a vaccum system

you can eitehr have a bad ms=aster cylinder or the bleedersmay be plugged. take them out and see if they are plugged up. if it still won't bleed, make sure rear shoesare adjusted up or if a caliper try using a power bleeder from a rent all store.
