car wont start

i put a new starter and a nstural safety switch in my buick reatta and still not starting doesnt seem to have any power to the starter fuse

There is no starter fuse in the circuit. It's powered directly from the ignition switch through the interrupt relay. See if you have a security light coming on or flashing when you try to start it.
