1989 Buick Century Replaced Lot Still Run Disconnected Mass Air Flow Sensor

Have replaced a lot, still no run. So we disconnected the mass air flow sensor and it runs fine. Is it okay to not get a new one right now?

Most likely faulty crankshaft esnsor can run unpluged but milage will be down
