1988 Toyota Pickup M Getting Loud Slapping Noise Coming Top End Though Springs

I'm getting a loud slapping noise coming from the top end. I though it was my springs or valves but I pulled it apart and everything looked alright any ideas or suggestions. The noise is right when I start my truck and goes with the rpms. Help please.
