1988 Toyota Pickup lights coming on

when I press the brake the brake and altenator light comes on on the dash. could someone tell me why this is happening. it seems as if everytime I fix something on the truck something else happenens I have replaced 2 of the injectors, spark plugs, the altenator getting ready to replace the fuel sending unit.

make sure you r brake master cyl is in good condition an dnot leaking then check to seeif there is a wire shorting out on brake switch possibly or one rubbing against pedal.
