EVERYTIME I TRY TO ADJUST MY POWER MIRROR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE IT BLOWS THE FUSE FOR THE RADIO AND MIRRORS,BUT IF I ADJUST THE DRIVERS SIDE ITS FINE ON THAT SIDE.ONLY HAPPENS ON PASSENGER SIDE FROM THE DUAL CONTROL ON THE DRIVERS SIDE.

Finally an easy one. Look at the wires where they run between the door hinges. Start on the driver's side. You're likely going to find some that are frayed or broken. If you do, I'll describe how I handle that.
