Impossible to tell over a computer. For your safety, this should be inspected at a tire and alignment shop. Some cars, (Fords), are notorious for steering parts that fall apart leading to loss of control. Your car does not have that history but worn steering and suspension parts can appear on any brand, especially at the mileage you listed. They will also "read" the tire wear to see if an alignment is needed but they will not perform an alignment if there are worn parts that will prevent that alignment from holding.
