engine stalls while slowing down

Everytime I drive my 1988 plymouth reliant and I slow down it shuts off on me.it starts back up about the 1st or 2nd try. I've tried the fuel pump and a tune up

Check the exhaust system for resriction, the automatic idle speed, MAP and TPS sensors

nothing wrong with the exhaust.its getting good pressure
