why is it that when i drive my car and i hit 45 to 50 miles per hour, my car starts to shack up nd down?

I will be driving my car on the freeway and it well stat to shack up and down untill i let up off the gas. WHY?

have the transmission checked for the converter coming in and out.

have the cat converter checked for being clogged.
