my daughters cutlass supremes egr valve where the tube goes from egr to exhaust manifold has a hole in it & i cant find one anywhere for the new egrs dont come with one & no book says what its called

EGR pipe is the name. you may have to look for a used one or remove the old one and see if someone can repair the old unit.
