belt molding removal/replacement

I am about to purchase all 4 belt moldings that are in cherry shape of a 1989 Olds Cutlass Ciera. I have a 1988 Ciera that all 4 are shot! 2 questions. #1 will they fit my 1988 Ciera and #2 what tools will I need and steps in removing and repalcing them. One thing that is different. My windows are manual hand crank while the 1989 Ciera has power windows. Any help will be greatly apprieciated. Ken

Are you talking about the inner or outter belt molding?The one at the top of the inner door panel or the one on the outside at the base of the window glass.

Yes these belt moldings I am refering to are at the top of the door on the outside at the base of the window.
