1988 Oldsmobile 98 Loosing Transmission Fluid Leaking Newer Radiator Sure

I am loosing transmission fluid and it is not leaking. Newer radiator so not sure if the transmission is getting to hot and burning it. Does this model use a vacuum assist for shifting and can it be actually pulling oil into the intake manifold?

Has vacuum modulator and uyes can suck fluid into intake
