Which level of speed should be good to get More Mileage ? Which level should be good for RPM in petrol engine ? And which level of speed should be good to get More Mileage ?

You only need to worry about driving with in the local speed limits, and using gradual throttle to get up to speed, if this is an auto the drive at the designated road speed and all should be well.

50 to 55MPH is usually optimum for fuel mileage.
