I lost the driver's side head light last week. Replaced it. Headlight went out again a few days later, along with radio shutting off, antenna retracting, headlight(s) fluttering. Battery, altenator, and starter checked out good on voltage meter. Do I have a short in my wiring, or a grounding issue? All connections seem to be tight and fuses are good.???
Thanks for your time.

It could be either problem you mentioned. You'll need to go through the wiring and check all grounds and the condition of all wires and connections.
