How do I remove and reinstall the sunroof

Our manual does not have specific intructions on how to remove it. However from experience I can tell you that removing the headliner is generally necassary. Unfortunately they generally get damaged when removed and need to be replaced. Of course installling one takes patience and some finesse. Once you have the headliner out you will see the gear railes and mounting bolts for the sunroof. You will more than likely be un-bolting the top of the sunroof from the frame rails and then lifting the top off of the roof of the car. There are alignment issues to consider so before you un-bolt it, get a grease pencil and mark the poition of the bolts on the frame rails.
