#19 15 amp fuse

I just did buy a DIY program from Mitchell 1 for a Mazda MX6 1988. There is a reference in the fuse table of the fuse #19, but I can,t find it in any wiring diagram provided by them. Any help please...

whats the problem with car? are you saying their provided info disagrees with itself?
