Why is oil passing through the exhaust of a newly rebuilt 6BG1 Isuzu engine?

The engine has been recently rebuilt and has all new parts. I want to find a way to fix this problem without buying a whole new engine. It has only been a year.

Do a compression test to determine if its rings or valves

Blown head gasket. Bad valve stem seals. Bad rings.
