dimmer relay

On my 1988 honda prelude so. The head lights pop up but no lights & no fire to dimmer relay in the fuse box under the hoodpark lights & fog lights come on but not head lights

Dimmer relay is powered by Fuse # 33 and # 34 in underhood fuse. At headlight check the Red/Green wire ( Right headlight ) and Red/Yellow ( Left ) for battery voltage.

If voltage is not available, check the lighting relay.

Are the radiator fans working?

There is fire in the lighting relay but no fire n dimming relay and the radiator fan works

Do you have battery voltage at fuse # 33 and # 34?

No power at dimmer relay at all.
