I have two issues that I assume may be related. When starting my vehicle cold (regardless of ambient temp-unless 70/80 +) I have to pump the throttle two or three times or it won't turn over.
The second issue is that I generally deal with delayed acceleration in 1st gear, and occasionally others. I apply the throttle and the car lugs forward. After 5-12 seconds i then get a boost of power and the car takes off. This only happens when going from stopped to moving or slowly moving to faster. It doesn't ever happen at speeds of 50+.
What is causing this? Both fuel filters have been replaced. New plugs, wires, rotor, cap, coil, pcv valve.
Thanks in advance.
