The seatbelt chimeand light won't turn off

i have a 1988 honda accord coupe lxi, when it first stared i just push the botton to unlock the passanger side seatlbelt but now it doesnt work, its just keeps beeping at all time. sometimes when i push the brake in a stop sign it stops for a few seconds but when i keep going it starts again

The switch inside the buckle may be bad or the module may be bad. You can remove it as it is under the passenger side kick panel.
The better thing to do would be to replace the switch in the drivers seat buckle.
