Caburetor switch to fuel injection

I have a 1988 honda accord that has a carburetor but want to put a different engine that ahs fuel injection in it. Can and how is it done?

You would need to replace the engine wire harness, fuel pump and rewire the meter cluster. The earlier models fuel injection system are noeither good and nor reliable and I would avoid doing conversion if possible.
