attery dies overnight

i have a honda accord 1988 the battery dies overnight they check for shortcircuit and it came with no problems they check the alternator and its ok i chnage the battery for new one and its still dies, im getting tired of unpliging the battery every time i park my car, please help

i allready tried checking for the stuff thats on ur article and everything is ok i toke my car the a mechanic and he cant find nothing wrong with it

the battery itself may be internally shorted.

dont know is this is related to the problem but since last week its doing something else, sometimes when i turn the key to turn on the car its doesnt star and the dashbord lights dont work, i leave the key open and wait till the lights come on and then the car starts

look at the grounds on the block and the fenders as well.

you need another mechanic here that can track this down. i take off the negative post and put in a test light to see if there is a drain. if there is start pulling fuses till the light goes out and then you will know what circuit is drawing it down.

oh i try myself that and only when i disconect one fusse the light shut off i think its fusse number 11 from the hood its related to radio and dont know what else but the mechanic told me the car stereo was ok and he check that, he said there was nothing wrong there, and 2 different mechanics have check now

leave the fuse out and see if it drains.

if number 11 shut light went off what else can it be if the stereo is ok?

lots, you need a wiring diagram to see what else is in the circuit.
