1988 Honda Accord 4 Door - Bad Fuel Pump?

Have a 1988 Honda Accord 4 door that is not starting. I think the problem is the fuel pump. What troubleshooting can I do to verify that the fuel pump is bad?

Fuel injected? if yes in trunk remove access plate to get to pump. check for voltage if good and pump not running replace
