What are the correct inside diameter sizes for vacuum hoses ?

Would like to change all out as they are getting brittle.
Also would like to know if there is a preferred sealant for connections.

Just identify all the vacuum hoses in sizes or cut pieces of it and take it to an auto parts store-they'll hook you up-
