after replacing entire brake system i.e. master cylinder,calipers,wheel cylinders,pads,shoes lines etc.brakes will not build pressure no brakes this model does not have proportioning valves or fluid control valves in lines. what is wrong please help!!

It sounds like you got a bad master cylinder. If you are getting NO pressure, that is the first thing I would check.
