My F450 revs out.

I have a F450 rollback for some reason it will not go over 50mph and sounds like the engine is going to come apart. Can you please give me some ideas.

It is a stick I think it might be the governor but I don't know for sure that is why I am asking

Maybe clutch is slipping? How many speeds? Try taking off in a higher gear gunning it and see if it slips or stalls.
